Specifically with BlueHost.com one of the world's largest providers of web
hosting. Additionally the database is backed up every night and a copy
of the backup file is transmitted to the office's of QualityRecord.com in
Connecticut. The backup is a full backup not an incremental, thus if you
wanted compare last Tuesday's data with last Friday's it could be done.
2) Is my data locked up in a proprietary format?
No, we use a SQL (Sequel Query Language) database, this is an industry

The first person to register for your company is automatically an administrator.
Subsequent users must be added by that administrator or other users that the 1st
designates as an administrator.
The last user designated an administrator can not remove their administrator priviledge.

7) We are a muliple location company, does this price cover multiple locations?
Yes, the usage fee is not location limited.

However we have added a number of users limitation of 50 users.

All the software and database structure can be purchased for $2,500.00 USD.
